Yesterday just reminded me of my life back in Russia.

f:id:kippo623:20170309231817j:image

It's so interesting that when you eat ice cream outside in Russia when it's around -20....

ice cream feels warmer lol

f:id:kippo623:20170309232847j:image

You Are Beautiful!

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY!!!!!!! #russia#nationalholiday

When I used to live in Russia,  there we're so many flower shops on the street.

ESPECIALLY,  today women deserve a beautiful flowers from their loved ones!

f:id:kippo623:20170308222940j:image

This event reminded me of my life back in Russia, and also made me think about how women of our age are living around the world recently.

And today by coincidence I clicked the link called the "bossbabe "

The entrepreneur is just the same age as me,  and she is making such a global standard marketing towards millennial girls.

f:id:kippo623:20170308223242j:image

All these straight forward quotes inspired me and gave me a courage to stand up for my future as one of millennial girl.

f:id:kippo623:20170308223336j:image

We are the generation to change the world!

Slowest in the World

f:id:kippo623:20170308004210j:image

Japan have great technology fast bullet trains,  transportation arriving on time, almost no stealing, safest place to live on earth...

We'll it's all WRONG !!!!

Indeed, we do have great knowledge in certain fields and are praised for our own uniqueness.

But we should never feel satisfied for things we are good at.

We should feel a shame for things we are bad at.

f:id:kippo623:20170308004521j:image

8 reasons why Japan is slow and inefficient in business field.

1. Japan avoids risk, shuns challenges

2. “Making changes to the organization is great, but just don’t make me change.”

3. Go with what you know

4. Students are taught to “solve the easily solvable problem first.”

5. Lack of “high risk, high return” culture

6. No authority at the lower levels

7. HQ is number one

8. Meetings: always large, never personal

f:id:kippo623:20170308004924j:image

Instead of working over time and feeling sorry for leaving the office early.

f:id:kippo623:20170308005238j:image

I really do think that if u work efficiently, there is no need to stay long and feel sorry for starting your happy hours earlier that others.

It's so stupid to use your energy for something that won't make money!!!!!

Time is money!!!

That's what I wanted to shout out today lol

Have a good night :)

Girl Gone International

Millennial Generation in Japan is usually called as "Yutori " or "Satori " generations.

though they are young and powerful,  it seems like the society is not really focusing on them and their future.

f:id:kippo623:20170306205124j:image

On the other hand,  Millennial Generation in USA are receiving more hope and positive expectations.

f:id:kippo623:20170306205132j:image

I have read so many articles such as "NEW YORK TIMES " "TIMES " "FORBES " "WASHINGTON POST " "GUARDIAN " etc..

It seems like,  the way how millennial generation react to the society are almost the same in both Japan and in USA.

f:id:kippo623:20170306204135j:image

Japanese elderlies hates to handle millennial in the company but that same feelings are understood by the adults in USA too.

f:id:kippo623:20170306204257j:image

Then why Japanese Millennial doesn't get any positive attention?!

It's because our generation is not a big generation when looking at the population graph the reason shows clearly.

f:id:kippo623:20170306204901j:image

Since we are few of those that would lead the world, I believe Millennals in Japan must fight against the stupid work place hierarchy that the elderlies loves!

Have a great Monday!!

Doesn't MATTER

f:id:kippo623:20170304192503j:image

It always makes me think "what kind of life I want to have. "

For example

-life surrounded by loved ones and stay as a house wife.

-life as a working robot and slave for 24/7

I want both of that in a positive way.

It's not like I want to work as a slave or stay home and do laundries.

But I just can't decide ONLY ONE

I want to have it all.

I hate giving things up.

I feel stupid for changing myself for someone.

f:id:kippo623:20170304192849j:image

I want to live my life to the fullest.

Yes,  there are days that you just waste your time doing nothing.  But at the end of the day, I want to feel that even that day had a meaning in my life.

This country is just too small for me to live my life to the fullest.

PS

Will live out of Japan.  Tehee

f:id:kippo623:20170304193823j:image

f:id:kippo623:20170302204505j:image

It's so sad how you have to care about how people are feeling or thinking each moment.

UNLESS they speak up,  it's impossible to fully understand what each of us are thinking,  because we are totally different human beings.

I hate the fact that Japanese society and companies are always trying to make the newbies to fit into one small box.

f:id:kippo623:20170302205125j:image

THEN what's the point of having different personality and expertise.  If so then they should hire a robot or smart AI.

It's just these days it makes me realise how this country is not looking for the future and always comparing things from the past.

I hope more millenials generation in Japan realised it and tries to change their own future.

Instead of just following the rule that the elderlies made.

Japanese Way

f:id:kippo623:20170301211558j:image

Lol
